With the development of railway, more and more new railway projects have been putting into construction. Unfortunately, there are destructions in the process of blasting, which could cause the destruction of buildings, foundations, slopes and so on that brings about the civil dispute, causes more difficult to overcomes and even the social stability.Based on the Baihe tunnel project from Xiangfan to Chongqing multiple track railway, through the site blasting test and investigation of vibration damage, researching the theory of disservice about blasting vibration and studying the blasting vibration influence on building. Through establishing the SDOF, building structures exposing to the blasting seismic wave's displacement, frequency and duration are systemically discussed, based on those, analyzing the medium traits and the accumulation effects influence on structure. Secondly, summed up the seismic wave attenuation rules and seismic wave parametric traits, based on the vibration test of Baihe tunnel. According to the standard of blasting, working out the safe distance from blasting site to buildings. Thirdly, through the 280 dwellings of the vibration damage survey, found housing destroyed more serious than theoretical calculations slightly, summarized the dwellings' Characteristics of damage. Finally, in accordance with Baihe terrain features and the previous theoretical research results, to bring up measures of the blasting vibration's control. The conclusion shows the characteristic of blasting seismic wave parameters and on the impact of surrounding buildings damaged in a certain extent, and it was proved to be reliable in engineering practice. So it could be a reference manual for blasting engineering.
