Due to the many advantages of blasting construction technology in tunnel construction,the blasting and excavation technology have been widely used.However,tunnel blasting construction may bring dangers.Therefore,tunnel construction by blasting needs continuous improvement of construction techniques or methods.The blasting vibration in the tunnel is unavoidable.How to reduce the blasting vibration and how to avoid the blasting vibration would cause harm to the neighboring buildings.When the blasting is close to building which is sensitive to vibration.How to ensure the safety requirements is an important issue also.In many hilly area in China,there are natural geography phenomena such as rivers.The shape of the river is very similar to that of a seismic ditch.The relationship between the river and the propagation of blasting vibrations is also worth studying.This paper is based on the construction of the tunnel in Jianzi mountain mountain project.It uses blasting vibration on-site monitoring to obtain data and uses Sadovsky's blasting vibration velocity deformation formula regression analysis.Combined with Ansys-LSDYNA finite element numerical simulation,the vibration generated by the blasting construction of the tunnel in Jianzi mountain is close to the neighboring buildings.The hazards of the material are analyzed for safety.The main work content of this paper is as follows:(1)Blasting vibration tests were conducted on the southern section of the tip of the eastern extension line of the south section of the First Ring Road of Mianyang City(above S205).A total of 24 valid data were obtained.Through data analysis,the results show that all groups of data meet the security requirements.(2)Using the data measured at the scene to perform a regression analysis of Song Guangming's deformation formula for blasting vibration velocity proposed by Su Guangming.After obtaining the main parameters,he predicts the maximum safe dose and calculates the error of the formula.(3)Establish multiple sets of finite element numerical models,analyze and calculate,and propose effective data.(4)Analyze the data obtained from the simulation calculations to obtain the maximum safe dose for the simulation,and conduct safety analysis on the blasting vibration of the Jianzi mountain.(5)Analyze the data obtained from simulation calculations to obtain the laws of blast vibration vibration isolation trenches.(6)Suggestions for controlling the blasting tunnel in Jianzi mountain are proposed.
