Optimal design has occupied an important position in the modern design of the structure, it can project from the large number of programmers in a more perfect or suitable optimal design,it is a virtual design and manufacturing of important links, and throughout the development and production Process. Topology optimization is the most challenging way of optimal design in the areas of research, is still improving and developing.In this paper, based on finite element analysis and structural topology optimization theory, by using ANSYS, optimized radial steel strobe by two-dimensional and three-dimensional, and got the reasonable layout of the range of parameters of radial steel strobe through the different aspect ratio and the arc radius of the door Three-Dimensional Topology optimization, finally, optimized an example by contrasting with the topology optimization results, improved layout of its strength remain the same or be enhanced on the basis of stiffness has been strengthened. Summed up the whole process of analysis, mainly got the following results:(1)Topology optimization the radial steel strobe on a two-dimensional by ANSYS, in the process of optimization radial steel strobe which was divide up into of vertical framework and horizontal framework.
