Reliability Enhencement Testing(RET) technique is capable of settling the contradiction among high reliability,short period of research and low cost efficiently,so RET technique attracts the attention of reliability engineering domain all over the world.However,the development of RET technique won't go far without the support of RET equipment.Repetitive Shock(RS) machine is a kind of important equipment for RET.But the defects in early RS machine have confined the further application in RET.Because of the limitation of western countries on exporting advanced technique to our country,the improvement and independent devising of RS machine becomes a significant issue to reliability engineering domain of our country.This paper mainly studies the engineering optimization and influence factors on performance of RS machine,and aims to improve the lower frequency and the uniformity of RS machine,consequently improves the performance of RS machine.The performance evaluation of RS machine is the basis of performance research, accordingly this paper puts the performance indexes forward and builds a performance evaluation rule after summarizing the former research.Focusing on vibration table which influence the performance of RS machine mostly,this paper tries to find an outstanding vibration table on the basis of evaluation rule and the dynamics analysis results of several finite element models built by MSC.Then further research on performance influence factors of the outstanding RS machine is carried on.The main study and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Based on analyzing the characteristic of the vibration signal and concluding the main analysis methods of vibration signal produced by RS machine,the performance evaluation rule is put forward.2.The finite element models are built and analyzed by MSC.The results of simulation are compared with results of experiment to prove that the models are correct and the analysis method is feasible.3.RS machine models with different vibration tables are analyzed.The results are evaluated by the evaluation rule and a special sandwich vibration table is proved to be the outstanding one of all.4.The influence factors analysis on performance is done on the above outstanding RS machine. The conclusions are as follows:1) For the better performance of RS machine,the rigidity of the springs should be chosen between 10~4~10~5N/m,and as small as possible according to the fact. 2) For the better performance of RS machine,the position of the springs should be chosen as close as possible to the center of vibration table according to the fact.In a word,the study and conclusions of this paper contribute not only to the improvement but also to the independence devising of RS machine.
