This article focus on the electron system of Guidance Projectile as studying model, based on the theory of non-linear dynamics and finite element method, building whose finite element method mathematical analysis model; and with finite element program SAMCEF, implicit finite element method of body The process of launching the dynamic characteristics of the simulation, the projectile body has been the shock of transient response acceleration, full-body stress, such as the distribution of electronic components of the system's stress - strain, and other results. The simulation results of the analysis, put forward the direction of shock design optimization on the structure of the electronic system.On the other hand, this article used the drop hammer shock tower and the gunpowder launch simulation as a launch simulation device, using the different material seal the electronic system simulation test piece to conduct the high shock test research separately, has carried on the analysis to the tentative data, the confirmation finite element analysis credibility; From the test result indicated that enhances electronic by the hollow glass micro bead as the pellet filling material anti-high shock ability is feasible, is one kind of the potential anti-high shock technology.
