Abstract/Summary:
The reconstruction technology of the rotor vibration shapes based on multi-sensor information fusion is researched in this dissertation. Reconstruction of the rotor vibration shapes based on the information fusion technology is the application of technology, the information provided by various sensors arranged on cross-sections of the rotor is integrated on the data layer, in the process of integration as much as possible to retain the original data information. The concept, theory, the fusion layer structure and the application in fault diagnosis of multi-sensor information fusion are elaborated from the view of data fusion. And on the base of information fusion, the basic method of vibration shapes reconstruction is elaborated based on the data layer integrate, the mathematical expression of the algorithm formula for double channel data fusion are deduced. The basic method of the rotor vibration shapes reconstruction is researched. The method is analyzed to establish the simplified model in dynamics analysis for the turbine generator rotor system, the transfer matrix of the typical components is inferred with emphasis, and the transfer matrix is presented to calculate different node's displacement of the isotropic rotor. The method is applied to restructure the vibration shape of the rotor system. On the base of theory discussion, the Matlab software is took as the platform for 300 MW rotor test system, the rotor vibration shape real-time detection and analysis software was developed based on the transfer matrix method. The software can display the rotor real-time deformation, and the rotor deformation along with the time change relations. Reconstruction of the rotor vibration shapes has intuitively, the simple characteristic, can reflect the operational status of the rotor. Therefore, the technology has important project significance.
