Accelerating the exploitation and utilization of renewable resources that solar energy is principle part has been our common ideas. The utilization of solar in the manner of P-V has been developed swiftly near future, but it is a main restricted factor of P-V generating power's popularization that it is inefficient and high-cost. Hence, the scholar inland and overseas all devote themselves to study the problem on improving the P-V system's efficiency, The configuration optimize control of photovoltaic array is valuable study , and we should attach importance to this study.According to the operating characteristic of photovoltaic cell, this subject has designed a configuration optimize controlled system of photovoltaic array, and a low sunshine charger which base on configuration optimize. The output of the large-scale photovoltaic(PV) array is influenced by incidence light density and temperature, and it is also influenced by installation of environment and position. The output of photovoltaic(PV) array in different position change obviously along with the change of incidence light angle .For gaining better work efficiency of photovoltaic(PV) array, a logical new configuration when the environmental has changed can improve the output of photovoltaic array . The paper introduces gradient method to track maximum power point and also introduces configuration optimize method to enhance outputting power. The configuration optimize controlled system of photovoltaic array, according to radiant intensity and temperature, controls the array of photovoltaic module. The system includes A/D transition module and control configuration switch module, measuring temperature module, measuring incidence radiant intensity module, configuration switch module, USB communication between computer and A/D transition module, USB communication between computer and control configuration switch module, computer monitor interface. Under the condition of weak light , the current so very small that it can't charge to battery directly .For the solar module can usually charge to battery under the weak light, this thesis advance a kind of intermittently impulse charging which base on the configuration optimize to charge battery .The weak sunshine charger based on configuration optimize consists of singlechip processor according to open voltage transported by photovoltaic array and the sampling voltage when photovoltaic array charging to control the on -off signal of the MOS tube, realizing the effective charging device to the battery in the low sunshine. This device includes charging circuit which make photovoltaic array charging battery, control configuration switch module which controls the array of photovoltaic module and singlechip processor.The paper has made simulation of the photovoltaic array's configuration optimize control, the result shows it's feasible. According to the design method, a configuration optimize system comes into being. An experiment on the configuration optimize system is done for verifying the design method can enhance photovoltaic array's output power availably. This paper also design a low sunshine charger based on configuration optimize , the analysis of the experiment's images and data shows that this method availably charge the storage battery.
