Photovoltaic array power generation technology is an important means to solve the problem of global energy supply shortage and environmental degradation.With the popularity of photovoltaic array power generation systems worldwide,how to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic array power generation has become a hot spot in the field of new energy research.In this project,the maximum power point tracking control strategy of PV array is taken as the research object.The influence of DC/DC chopper circuit parameters and controller parameters on the output characteristics of PV array power generation system is analyzed deeply.The results provides for improving the output efficiency and optimizing control strategy of PV array power generation system.Firstly,the output characteristics of PV array cells were studied.The battery simulation model was built in MALTAB/Simulink simulation software platform by mathematical modeling.The principle and volt-ampere relationship of the battery were analyzed,and the measurement experiment for output characteristics of PV array was carried out.The experimental data is used to verify and modify the simulation model to provide support for PV array power generation system simulation and DC/DC chopper circuit design.Secondly,according to the control requirements of the maximum power point tracking of the PV array,the improved predictive PI control strategy is given and the control principle is expounded.The mathematical model of photovoltaic array power generation system based on Boost converter was established.The circuit parameters and controller parameters of DC/DC converter were given.The model of photovoltaic array power generation system was built on the MALTAB/Simulink simulation software platform.The influence of various parameters of DC/DC converter and improved PI controller on the output power characteristics of PV array was analyzed.As a result,the correctness and effectiveness of the control strategy were verified.Finally,the hardware experiment platform of photovoltaic array power generation system is designed and built,including main circuit,drive circuit,sampling circuit and auxiliary circuit.In the implementation of embedded controller,the related technical means based on model design was adopted,and the real-time output data of the physical controlled object was collected by DSP(TMS320FM28335),thus achieving the dual optimization goal of both state response time and state adjustment process.The purpose of the experiment was to verify the feasibility of the hardware platform design by debugging all parts of the entire design platform.There are 64 maps,2 tables,and 78 references.
