| This dissertation is subject to the construction of substation integrated automation system in the Shaoguan Smelter, the main objective is to bring the main electrical equipment and wiring automatic monitoring, measurement, control and protection, so as to comprehensively enhance the operation and management of substation automation level and improve substation production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.In this paper, the object-oriented analysis and design language----UML is adopted to establish the uniform object model of supervising and controlling system. With the object-oriented programming methodology and programming tools to achieve all categories and examples for the system, the obtainment of real-time data and the grasp of the real-time operating information are completed quickly and accurately.On the basis of the model, an in-depth and meticulous software design for supervising and controlling system is study. First, the graphics categories are researched and analyzed according to the thesis on object-oriented design principles. And through the graphic element carrier and the combination with reception of real-time data, the real-time performance of equipment is animatedly exhibited at the human-machine interface. Secondly, in order to make the system for rapid protection, protection algorithms,Graphics Rendering Algorithm and curve fitting algorithms are researched, and further illustrate the data processing and display process. Finally, the paper analyzed technology for data storage and classification. Based on this study, real-time memory database and historical database are researched.The exchange and sharing of information between substation interior and each subsystem is based on communication. For it plays a connecting role in supervising and controlling system, two main communication networks----RS485 bus and Ethernet are established to make it transmits reliably. Aimed at settling the problem of inconsistent communication protocol and difficulty in data interaction, a conversion model of protocol is put forward, and the multi-subsystems in substation are interconnected expediently and efficiently through the unified TCP/IP network transmission protocol.Finally, the achieve results of system works is given combined with the status quo of the 110kV substation in Shaoguan Smelter. Up to now, the system has been officially put into operation, the results showed that the supervising and controlling system not only meet the requirements on high precision, fast response, reliable data transmission, strong scalability, but also create a good social and economic benefits. |
