Based on application of reliability theory and implementation probability limit design method, establishing corresponding design criterion is a tendency in national and international engineering design, and is an effective means in improving the level in national engineering design. Main uncertainty varies are quantified; empirical method is substituted by statistical mathematics; explicit design concept is substituted by implicit design, that is the essence of reliability design, therefore, engineering design becomes more scientific and rational.In this paper, connecting mined tunnel in BaiXue internal tunnel of Beijing metro line 4 for the research background, starting with mechanical model of "load - structure", based on the two areas that is the most disadvantaged section factor of safety and reliability index, the compound model and the lining structure calculation model are comparative analysised. And from the two points of view that the most disadvantaged section factor of safety and reliability index of models, the lining structure calculation model is mended.the response surface method and the Monte Carlo algorithm will be introduced in the structural design of the analysis of the effect of load links, and the Monte Carlo algorithm is applied to the structural reliability of links, it realized the advantages of the combination of the two methods. An optimization method of structural reliability design will be bringed in this thesis.In addition, the paper also combines the construction process of monitoring measurements, through the analysis of the anti-elastoplastic displacement method, structural reliability index was amended.
