Applied Research In Biolak Wastewater Treatment Process With Computer Simulation Technology

In this paper Biolak sewage treatment process mathematical model is established by using of the software BioWin3 with the test data in Zhao-Yuan City sewage treatment plant. Through the data verification in Zhu-Cheng Galaxy sewage treatment plants, it turns out to be that the model can simulate Biolak craft process accurately, applied for further guidance this craft of a sewage treatment plant operation and design, laid a foundation for the theory and practice.The paper has discussed the computer simulation technology rationale; Has studied Biolak craft principles and characteristic in the sewage treatment application situation systematically; Take the Zhao-Yuan Sewage treatment plant as an example, uses this factory performance data as the inward flow data, establishes Biolak craft models after the comparison choice using the BioWin3 software, different carries on the simulation separately according to the temperature to four seasons, through the adjustment dynamics parameter and the stoichiometry parameter, made simulation results fitting measured value, relative error is within 10%. According to the verification of performance data of Zhu-Cheng city's Milky Way Sewage treatment plant to this model, the result and the measured value relative error within 15%.Using the BioWin3 software simulation results show that: 1st, this software is suits the domestic water quality situation, can apply in the domestic active sludge method Urban sewage treatment plant. 2nd, can guidance the Sewage treatment plant operation: can forecast the water leakage water quality situation, online observes each processing unit the processing effect situation, and extract the best operational factor. 3rd, in aided design aspect application: can obtain the design variables, forecast the water quality and obtains the best operational parameters.
