Experimental Investigation Of Combustion Characteristic Of Cornstalk

Study of the cornstalk in the grate firing boiler combustion characteristics, maintaining safe and economic operation of the boiler is of great significance. Attempt to burning cornstalk in the Jinzhou straw power plant as object of study is to research the combustion characteristics of cornstalk, including thermal balance and furnace combustion. Study on combustion and pyrolysis of cornstalk of the main fuel of the boiler at different heating rates, obtained the curves of combustion and pyrolysis characteristic. Through at thermo-gravimetric analysis of combustion and pyrolysis, obtained the cornstalk of combustion and pyrolysis law and at the different heating rates of combustion and pyrolysis characteristic and kinetic parameters. The boiler combustion equipment is made a brief introduction, generalized the problems of combustion equipment's tune-up test arise in the process. Analysis and discussed the effect of a variety of factors about fuel combustion and control. This paper is the work of the straw power plant to provide safe and economic operation of the reference.
