Switching parameter of high voltage vacuum switch influences the reliability and the service life of the high voltage vacuum switch directly. Sensitiveness analyzing, CAD/CAE technology, parameterize model building are applied to the simulation analysis and research of the switching parameter of high voltage vacuum switch in order to optimize the structure of the mechanism.Pro/E, the 3-D modeling software, is used to establish the solid models of the operation mechanism. The models are exported to ADAMS to be simulated through the interface MECHANISM/Pro between Pro/E and ADAMS. Then, the constraints and the contact forces among parts of the models are defined, guide way are defined ,load is imposed on the models, simulation time and steps are defined. Define the rigidity parameter of the switching spring and the contact spring as the sensitiveness. Through the method of parameterization, simulation results are analyzed by changing rigidity parameter of the switching spring and the contact spring, obtains the multi-groups simulation result. Choose the reasonable switching parameter by carrying on research the curves of simulation。Then,reduces the trial expense and provides the optimized parameter for the physical prototype。...
