Form design is an outsider in the building design, ignored by a lot of designers. But the formwork's construction consumes a large number of manpower, material resources, financial resources, and may also cause traffic congestion under a lot of situations. So, lower construction costs and accelerate the construction speed, the design of form must be paid attention to.Because the brace strut of form is hard to set in the construction of cast in place beam of some bridge, choose the suspended wagon or bridge girders erection equipment. But the first one is slow, another leads to high expense. In order to deal this situation, improve the design and construction of cast in place beam of bridge with new structural configuration, new material and new construction.With the constant progress of construction material technology, more and more new-type high-strength materials of low price begin widely used on the project, used to substitute the traditional construction material, in order to obtain the reducing of the construction cost. Meanwhile as the formwork technology is improved, the technology of the permanent form begins to replace the traditional casting box. Compared with traditional forms, as a kind of new-type structure function form, the permanent form is not removed after placing the concrete in the form, forms a part of the component, plays a role in bearing load or keeping warm, insulating against heat etc.. GRC, this kind of new material, because of the key questions - -Durability has got very good settlement, has already developed from the ornament materials toward structure bearing component material gradually, but now GRC material has been used mainly as thermal insulation slab and wall board.The study of this paper is lain in regarding GRC material as the function type permanent form and applied to cast in place beam of bridge, discuss its enhancement function and construction efficiency and economic question on the cast in place concrete roof beam.(1) Discuss the influence factor of connection between GRC permanent form and concrete, and investigate the GRC permanent casting mold acting on the whole structure performance; That is how much the flexural strength is increased by using the GRC permanent form;(2) Discuss the design of GRC permanent form, and the difference between the steel form in expenses, efficiency and function on the example of beam;(3) Discuss the construct installation of supported system of GRC permanent form, and the relevant technological questions of construct.
