On the base of digital strata, Digital Tunnel Engineering(DTE) realizes some functions : the digitization of the reconnaissance, design, construction etc, the query informaiton of strata and tunnel, dynamic excavation and monitoring query etc.This article in order to increse the application of DTE on speciality facet, which researches on the numerical simulation integration base on ShangHai Yangtse Tunnel Engineering and realizes automatic generating General Calculate File, auto-calculate by ANSYS. The research results greatly simplifies analysis step and process of tunnel numerical simulation. In details, this dissertation includes:Firstly, perfecting the database of DTE, the table about the information of strata is added; the other table about tunnel construction which contains fields, such as time, mileage, line ID etc, is added ,which makes good preparation for future work on slicing.Secondly, The DTE platform already have borehole module, strata module and tunnel module. Mileage- Coordinate module needed to be designed for the long tunnel, which convinent to subsequent slice on the mileage conversion to coordinate. Time-mileage module which contain the information about excavation process and make the slice can be accorded to two parameter, time and mileage.Thirdly, on the base of the study above, the numerical integration is studied from design and construction aspect. The integration on phase of design contains some processes that slicing the strata by input mileage, getting points information of each stratum by exploding the surface region, operating information of points, meanwhile getting the material parameter from database. The integration on phase of construction contains these processes that slicing the strata according to two parameter, also operating points according to calculate requirement, getting the material and geometrical information of strata and line. The two phase of integration results output in form of General Calculate File, which can be used to any numerical simulation software.Fourthly, Some work has been done on auto-calculate for ANSYS Software, such as, creating command file using the APDL program, batch running the ANSYS and automatic loading command file. At last, the study primary results are applied into a real project of ShangHai Yangtse Tunnel Engineering.
