In linguistics, the verb with its dominance semantic elements could constitute a basic semantic structure, verbs with these components contains grammatical and semantic relations. In this paper, the researchers presented the concept of the Attributes of Verb by integrate several of the existing knowledge representation method, and discuss its significance, related classification, as well as semantic features of Structure of Attributes of Verb minutely. Then discussed how to deal with the Structure of Attributes of Verb in the Chinese Natural Language Understanding System, and analyzed the relation and difference between Structure of Attributes of Verb and Chinese Structure"V+de"and preferably solve the problem of coupling between them. Finally, applies the conclusion in Model of Natural Language Processing of the specific practice among them.
