The collective signal is sent to the background control center, the control center will find the vehicle failure's location and time. It will enhance the effective of the system. In order to handle a great variety of vehicle failure, the system wants to set up a module of diagnosis expert system, which can detect the abnormal signal. After classify it, the fuzzy theory based diagnosis expert system will judge and analyze the cause of the vehicle failure, and provide the effective solution. The system can record the failure type.
