| Tool manufacturing in our country hold an important position in the world. Violent market competition and individuation market requirement have made Made To Order (MTO) primary produce means in tool manufacture enterprises. Traditional Material Requirement Planning (MRP) methods unfit for the change inasmuch devising item number of the tool package items is very difficult because its individuation characters are more distinct contrasted with the tool products.Therefore, studying an approach for planning the demand on make-to-order tool package items and developing the software systems have important significance on improving information management level and international competition capabilities of the tool manufacture enterprises.In the condition of Made To Order, buyers'individuation demands on package items are very high. In order to realize its information management, the package items need depicted firstly in the information systems.Knowledge represeniation methods are introduced in the dissertation and framework descriptions of the tool package items are achieved in virtue of the Attribute-Value method and the product structure tree.A building method of the tool package item BOM are studied.Using CBR technology for reference, a fast Building method of the tool package item BOM are studied too.An approach for planning the demand on tool package items is set down based on the theory of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and the characteristics of tool package items.A planning management platform for tool package items has exploited based on the above-mentioned methods,network technology and data-base technology. At the same time, it has been integrated with the tool order form management system. The platform has been applied in a good-sized tool manufacture enterprises. The application results indicate that the methods brought forward by the dissertation can carry out information management on the planning for the tool package items whose individuation characteristic are distinct and heighten management level and efficiency. |
