Abstract/Summary:
CAN field-bus is a kind of serial communication network, which supports distributed control or real-time control effectively. Because of its excellent characteristic and high reliability, CAN field-bus is highly thought of by industries. As the main data channel, 1553B field-bus relates various subsystems that are included in the integrated electronic system of avigation. Due to its excellent performances, 1553B field-bus has been widely applied in avigation, spaceflight, navigation and other weapon equipment. VxWorks OS is a kind of real-time embedded OS, and it has the characteristic of high-performance and scalability. Because of its reliability and Real-time performance, VxWorks OS has been widely used in communication, military, avigation and navigation. This paper describes that CAN & 1553B field-bus have been successfully applied in launch control system of missile, which use the hardware platform including VxWorks OS. Due to its precise control, reliable data transmission and real-time command response, launch control system of missile has perfectly accomplished the mission of flight test.
