A large number of simulation calculations are required in the early stage because the development of missile launching systems is ultimately required to enter the experimental phase.For large-scale numerical simulation,it takes a considerable time share for the workers,and it is a big disadvantage that the model numerical simulation period is too long.In order to solve large-scale numerical simulation of gas flow field in multi-platform launching system,the paper adopts the cross-cooperation of mechanical and computer disciplines,and combines the technology of computer simulation with the mechanical model to develop a universal platform for numerical simulation of gas flow field in multi-platform launching system.The work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Solving the missile gas jet field based on the governing equation of computational fluid dynamics.Establish the governing equations of the missile gas jet field,the numerical method of structural analysis,simulate the boundary conditions of the flow field and the initial conditions,and judge the convergence condition of the numerical calculation of the gas jet field during the launch of the simulated missile.(2)Establishing a launching platform under on-board,shipboard,and underwater platforms,including mechanical models under cold/hot,tilt/vertical,etc.The baseline data cannot be modified and deleted.Analysis of pressure field,velocity field and temperature field generated by gas flow on the surface of launcher under thirteen launch modes for missile launching.Also get a lot of cloud pictures and curves about pressure,velocity,temperature.Animated display of the missile from the ignition to the launch and exit of the launch tube.The simulation software simplifies the workflow,reduces the workload of the staff,and simplifies the complex simulation modeling work.The model calculation can be performed without the scientific researcher mastering the working background and the simulation method.The intersection of machinery and computer enables researchers to reduce the amount of simulation and improve work efficiency.The simulation results provide decision support for the design phase of the launch system,providing theoretical and technical support for the estimation and experimental measurement of gas flow field parameters.
