Multi-point Temperature Testing Of Closed Bus Using Computer Controlling System

In the course of industrial production and practice, we often need to measure acuatly all kinds of parameters in the producing system and thus have the control according to the specific conditions. The testing of temperature is a very important part.The closed bus is a section of special lead that connects the generator and transformer. It works at low voltage and high electric current can reach tens of thousands of amperes. Because the test means of the closed bus heat break down is limited now, make a lot of heat breakdown can't be found before the temperature exceeding the limited value; Especially in the switch cabinet and closed bus, the problem that exceeding limit of temperature can't be discovered easily. Along with change of time, the exceeding limit of temperature will accelerate to oxidize because of the heat, then result in destroy of closed bus or larger trouble of the point of contacts. The purpose of this designing is to test and show simultaneously the temperature of the closed bus using the computer controlling system.With the popularized use of computer and the improvement of automation level, the use of automatic testing is very wide. Computer has the advantages of high speed and powerful processing ability, so it not only have simultaneous control of the temperature of the closed bus but also show and print many points of temperature to the requirement. And the intelligentize is also a main trend of the development.Main connects of my designing include:the principle of system designing, the designing of system electric circuit hardware, the designing of system software and anti-interference measures.
