Medical Microinjection equipment plays an important role in clinical treatment. It has been widely used in many different circumstances, for example, the injection of special drugs in ICU. However, the cost of this pump is so expensive that it can't be used in lots of small and medium-sized hospitals. Based on the research of Microinjection pump at home and aboard, the author proposed a design of high cost efficiency microinjection based on the AVR SCM.In this paper, the author selected the Atmegal6 SCM as the main controller of the system. By using closed-loop control algorithm of PID and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), DC Motor can be controlled precisely. At the same time, some assist electricity charges systems of Microinjection have been optimized.In such circumstances, a microinjection pump has been designed. Meanwhile, the author has studied the control of DC Motor and the principle of PWM. Through the computer simulation and experimental verification of the control results of DC Motor, the author has mastered the key technology. And all the works has laid a solid foundation for further study of Medical Microinjection equipment by using AVR SCM.
