The Application Of Anchoring And Shotcreting Technique With Deep Mixing Piles

The technique of anchor spraying combine with deep mixing piles wall is a bracing earth technique used in deep excavation support during the deep pit groove's excavation. Based on engineering examples, The technique of anchor spraying combine with deep mixing piles wall was studied in this article. the development status of this technique nowadays and its application foreground in Kunming were also introduced in this thesis.The development history of the technique of anchor spraying and deep mixing pile was summarized. The theory on the technique of anchor spraying combine with deep mixing piles wall including the basic conformation, the work mechanism , the design method, the construction and monitoring method were systematically studied in this thesis. According to the application of this technique in a deep excavation support of Kunming, a FEM analysis is made on this engineering by the program——ANSYS. By comparing the result of FEM analysis with the testing data of locale, The max horizontal displacement of the pit appears at about -7.0 m, while the experimental results showed that the max horizontal displacement at about -8.0 m. They showed no difference each other. So in the project which anchor spraying combine with deep mixing piles wall was applicated, the maximum horizontal displacement occurs on the lower of pit, The deformation of slope and the soil of depths showed a drum-shaped. the deformed range is larger, but the deformation is smaller. That showed that the technique can mobilize the deeper and farther soil to resistance loads and can control the pit deformation more effectively. The economic comparison was made, and showed that the technique of anchor spraying combine with deep mixing piles wall is not only fast, simple process and equipment, suitable for various constructions site, but low cost.The theory of anchor spraying combining with deep mixing piles wall were systematically studied in this thesis. The conclusion drawing from the contrast of FEM analysis and the testing data can provide reference for the application of this technique in Kunming in the future.
