Study And Application Of Construction Technology In The Positive And Negative Arc Color-coated Steel Pressure Sheet Roofing

This paper is about the large-span positive and negative arc color-coated steel sheet roofing as the research object and about the"Phase II Terminal Building Roofing Project of SPIA"as case. According to the functional requirements, this paper has analyzed and researched deeply about the choice of building materials, construction technology developed, the transformation of rolling equipment, tooling design, as well as transport, and so on applied the production on project, at last solved the technology problem which is the large-span positive and negative arc color-coated steel sheet roofing .Research effort and production of this paper is:â‘ According to experiment, Bao-steel has been required to be used as the color-coated steel sheet. Bao-steel sheet has quality perfectly and it's price is lower than import sheet and convenience management. The project has achieved production domestic and sustained national industry.â‘¡Through transforming mill, with the horizontal directive fold roll and pressure forming roll changing radius of curvature ways to deal with the technical difficulties of such a long high vertical wave lock-color-coated steel sheet according to design requirements continuous forming multi-radius, multi-direction and multi-arc roofing. This construction methods needn't twice curved sheet and changing to use the cross direction fold roll forming arc, optimizing the surface of the molding sheet, at the same time the high-altitude rolling and the level of transmission at high altitude continuum become possible for the processing of metal pressure sheet provided a broad technology space, creating a new way to meet the special requirements of the building construction enclosure system model, Relying on the setting control roll it is realized to manufacturing the large and small radius arc purlin.â‘¢According to structural research about gutter, closed canopies sheet, eave panels, eave rectangular sheet shutter, this paper has put forward machining methods and installation technology of armor plate material.â‘£Generally considering economic, construction safety, construction efficiency and construction quality and other factors, designing tool solve technical problems of high-altitude rolling and the level of transport. It is used to erect elevated mobile platform in the flight zone side of promenade, the equipment of pressing sheet placed on the elevated work platform roll positive and negative roofing sheet arc; and erect aerial ropeway and draw artificially the aerial pulley to achieve the level of transport , fully to meet the design requirements. This paper has expounded the process of argon arc welding which is used in the manufacturing roofing, analyzed and bought some solutions, such as eliminating the installation error of steel structure by determining virtual elevation, waterproofing processing between skylights and roofing sheet, measures of seismic joint construction.Research production of this paper has applied to the"Phase II Terminal Building Roofing Project of SPIA"and achieved benefit both in economy and society. Not only solved the construction problem of the large span positive and negative arc color-coated steel sheet roofing , but also provided a useful experience for the similar project.
