The underground hole-groups construction of hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering project is a complex progress. The construction schedule is subject to many factors. The construction condition is complex and the number of process is too many. The difference between each other is large. It is not possible to calculate the description system and the element project exactly depending on the traditional method. Many researches are on the local of construction system and the defilement and character of system is not considered. Research on the whole system of underground hole-groups construction is rare. Therefore, scientific system analysis method and advanced technical method is applied to the research work to analysis the factors and the relationship of each other. In order to improve the elevation of underground hole-groups construction organization and design, the process of each hole must be cooperated and make the design and construction organization more scientifically.The underground hole-groups construction progress dynamic visible emulation technique is showing the content and the relationship by photos. The construction is a discreet dynamic progress. Aiming at the character that the construction process is disperse dynamic event system, adopt real time emulation method which according with constructional characters of this kind of project and push time course of system simulation by event step size method to real dynamic emulation of visible dynamic manage system construction process.This system mainly aims to underground hole-groups excavation construction management and project management, and makes the latter visible by advanced computer technique, making the image by parameter modeling method and in according with the exact of project management. According to the scheme of excavation construction management, the parameter model and system and the excavation construction management information system, the project data is got. It provides the reference to managers of different demands.
