Wake turbulence is the adjoin production of wing-lift, and it is also a main factor of flight safety .Because wake turbulence is invisible, So it is necessary to maintain wake separation between aircrafts. How does wake affect the safety of flights? How to use the wake separation standards? How to determine the necessary separation between two aircrafts and hence to improve the wake separation standards system? The purpose of the paper is in this. It can be adopted by the authority concerned to adjust the wake separation system.The outcome of research is as fellows:First, the paper lay out the mechanism of the vortexes, link cases in-true to analyze the influence on flight. Then, compare different vortex separation standards which mostly used in the final approach course in ICAO and CHINA. Based on the standards, Analyze how to control mix-up departure and arrival vortex separation standards. Accommodate air traffic controllers in china a brief criteria of departure. Then the paper put forward some guidelines of future vortex separation standards and dynamic vortex separation system. It include two models, One is vortex disperse model which determine the remaining intensity of vortex under particular circumstance and certain time latter. The other is vortex encountering model which determine the max intensity it can endure. Introduce a factor to predigest the analyses. Based on two models, the minimum separation between two aircrafts can be calculated. Finally, compare the guidelines and the dynamic vortex separation system , suggest ATC-auxiliary system be used to help ATCs. so, the suggested standards on this paper is not only superior to the current standards ,but also it is practicable.
