| With three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method widely used in the stress analysis of arch dam, the dam because some of the local stress intensity using different requirements of different grade of concrete design, and these different grade of concrete materials, caused by Stress and the dam is not considered material labeling concrete dam district when the stress distribution is different. So concrete dam material labeling dam district and Stress Analysis of the Design or Research arch dam is an important issue.In practical engineering. The arch beam contained method calculation of the dam stress is used very widely,but the specification also provides certain conditions, to use finite element method to calculate the dam stress. In fact, rock mass is not rigid and the material of arch dam is not elastic. Their stress-strain relationship is obviously nonlinear . Meanwhile, the stress of arch dam will redistribute obviously during the course of operating. Based on such a cognition, considering together the theories of concrete multi-parameter strength criterion , nonlinear stress-strain relationship and simulation analysis on the basis of studying abutment stability analysis method and theory, concrete arch dam 3-D nonlinear FEM program is developed by APDL and functions On ANSYS. The program can analyse stress-strain of arch dam on batholith with geologic defect, and then evaluate abutment stability by three safe-coefficient from different points of view.This paper does not only consider the dam no-district ,but alsoconsider concrete dam and concrete materials labeling changed. The Shankouyan arch dam in Jiangxi Province of Pingxiang city is used 3D nonlinear finite element stress analysis,the calculation results are compared to themselves. The results can provide for the arch dam design, optimization, construction and operation the effective information. |
