With the development of the national economy, large amounts of various with the basement of tall buildings structures have increasingly being built, their scale is extending continuously. The anti-seismic design and performance evaluation of basement structures have become a more and more important subject to engineers. The soil- basement- structure is interaction system under the earthquake, the seismic response of basement is a result of this dynamic interaction. The soil-basement interaction problem is the basement anti-seismic design structure of the important contents.Rational numeration finite element model with viscous-elastic artificial boundary condition and soil used Drucker - Prager model is proposed according to dynamic finite element method. This paper analyzes seismic response of interaction of basement and soil around the basement by ANSYS. Using the unconditionally stable implicit Newmark time integration algorithm, the effects of some key factors such as there are of soil and soil less, buried depth, the nature of the surrounding soil are studied. And this paper analyzed the stress and displacement of basement's the column, roof and side wall.Finally, this paper cites an example to provide the scientific base for the design basement structure. Under the basement seismic analysis: the soil can effectively reduce the level of lateral displacement of the basement; at the top of sidewall and column and the top roof of basement, the stress and strain are bigger than other points; From the points of the whole basement structure, the top of basement structure and corners of the sidewall are very incidental to be destroyed; With the increase in depth of basement the basement displacement and stress also will be increased, but raising stiffness of basement can reduce their stress and deformation. From the whole structure, at the top of sidewall and column and the top roof of basement are the easiest to damage. Therefore, in the design and construction process, the site should be sufficient attention.In addition to, this paper calculates finite element model of the basement surrounding soils reinforcement and its economic assessment. Through analysis: the basement's surrounding reinforcement soil can effectively improve their anti-seismic capacity and. On the economic, we spent very little money which can enhance the building's anti-seismic capacity. Even it can save project investment and reduce the displacement and stress of basement. It has a lot of study and application of value.
