With the rapid development of China electric power, how to effectively monitor the state of electric power equipments, find out the maintenance plan, complete the achievement of the high quality and steady power supply have become the focus that the power department should pay much attention to. Thus, with the need of great urgency , numerous kinds of condition- based maintenance and assistant analysis systems for electric power equipments have been developed to detect and analysis the equipment state, helping the power department stride forward from the era"periodic repair and maintenance"to the era of"condition-based maintenance"according to the running state and health of electric power equipments.Nowadays, lots kinds of defects exist widely in present condition-based maintenance and assistant analysis systems for electric power equipments, they are shown as follows: user can't design the pattern of experiment report, the systems are lacking in flexibility. Because of the defects of above-mentioned issues, system employs the design which use Hibernate as the persistence layer, select four-layer software framework for B/S+C/S hybrid mode, adopt a kind of experiment report as an entity domain object, provide visual design interface of experiment report to design report pattern for users with requirement, dynamically build database table based on design information, add entity domain object, generate PDF document and maintenance interface of experiment report in dynamic process, and can be compatible with heterogeneous relational database. At the same time, according to the"Preventive Test Regulation for Electric Power Equipments"promulgated by ministry of power industry of People's Republic of China, in the design and realization of knowledge base, it made data analysis with more scientificity and accuracy, additionally it can adapt better to the demand of actual application.The designed system has the improved ability of expression and adapts the continual changes of user's demand. Furthermore, by means of taking more account of balance among normalization, standardization and individualization, it can meet the demands of making use of the unified application software by power system throughout Provinces and Cities.
