Aerial platform fire engine is the essential equipment in modern cities,the development direction of aerial platform fire engine is more large-scale.Research on the frame design of the large-scale aerial platform fire engine can make the domestic technologies to a high level. There are dramatically social meanings and values to break the foreign monopolization in the domestic market of the large aerial platform fire engine.This thesis is based on the practice project of the series of DG aerial platform fire engine that is exploited by The Research Center of Construction Machinery of DLUT and Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Corporation. Three technologies which should be resolved are researched in this paper:(1) The study on the frame design of the aerial platform fire engineBased on the categorization of structure and the main design contents of the aerial platform fire engineer, following the related criterions and according to the foreign productions, it categorizes aerial platform fire engineer into several classifications,supplies the analyse methods of strength,stifmess,stability,press of the outriggers and the design method of organ, establishes the design model of the aerial platform fire engine.(2) The optimum design of the luffing system of aerial platform fire engineIn this thesis, it optimizes and analyses on boom luffing system, it chooses the optimum object, analyses the model of luffing system, confirms design parameter, objective function and restriction. And it takes the XZJ5480JXFDG68 aerial platform fire engine(hereafter referred to as DG68 aerial platform fire engine) in series of DG aerial platform fire engine for example, which optimizes its second luffing system.(3) The design and exploitation of aerial platform fire engine parametric design softwareOn the basis of understanding the course of aerial platform fire engine parametric design software, it lays out the frame and functions of this software. At the same time,it has put forward corresponding strategy and exploited parametric design software by adopted the technology of object oriented programme. It is an important tool in the process of designing aerial platform fire engine and has applied to design DG68 aerial platform fire engine.In this thesis, frame design of the aerial platform fire engine is achieved, the luffing system of aerial platform fire engine is designed , aerial platform fire engine parametric design software is exploited. And the research is applied to practical projection,meet the request of design. Specimen examination shows that the idea of frame design of the aerial platform fire engine is correct and available.It provides theoretical foundation in the frame design of aerial platform fire engine. It has a good chance to be applied in pratice. |
