On the basis of train operation plan and motor train-set schedule, according to the using of station devices, station operation plan arranges the tasks of receiving trains, departing trains and shunting trains. Station operation plan is the core of station transportation and is one of the most important parts. Making up of station operation plan is a Multi-objective problem with multi-system corresponding with each other. It is significance in theory and reality to investigate the collaborative optimization approach of station operation plan. According to the station operation character, this paper pay most attention to the coordination and cooperation of the arrival and departure time, the use of arrival and departure lines, and the use of routes. At first, the paper investigates the collaborative approach between train operation plan and station operation plan, and describes two important collaborative operable problems in detail. The two important problems are getting the arrival and departure time strap and getting station operation plan. The paper brings forward a ternary group of time, which unionizes the description of time and time strap. Then, the paper brings forward a method of building model by train conflicting set builds a general model and amends the model in size, objective and restriction.Adapting to the excessive variables and limitations, the paper designs ant algorithm on the basis of layered solutions. Moreover the paper secondarily optimizes station operation plan twice, in the aim of enhancing the adaptability for fluctuating. At last, the paper uses an example to validate availability of this method in New YueYang station.
