In this thesis, in view of the spatial structure characteristic, based on thestructure system reliability analysis method, the system research to the spatialstructure has been conducted. The main content as follows:Firstly, the basic concept on engineering structure reliability and somePractical calculation methods that are commonly used in the analysis ofengineering Structures are introduced. According to the design idea of "based onperformance" from probability and the properties of practical calculation methods,he Monte Carlo finite element method and the Response Surface method used inmalysis of engineering structure reliability is discussed. Based on the basicmentality of Monte Carlo finite element method and the Response Surfacenethod and accord to the modules of ANSYS, the analysis process sequencinghas been realized. Applies the above-mentioned two kinds method difference tohave calculated out the reliability of the spatial structure, and then confirmed themethod feasibility through the example.In the light of the respective characteristic of spatial structure, that method ofeeking the key component of structure was assumed. The reliability of spatialtructure is analyzed by the software ANSYS, and then the key component oftructure is judged out. A methodology for system reliability analysis of spatialtructure was developed in this thesis. Combined with engineering practice, finitelement analysis program is first used to analyze the ultimate capacity of big-spanpatial structure on the basis of experimental design. Finally, statistical parametersf spatial structure bearing capacity are given from China's steel structure andode analysis, namely in the ANSYS computed result foundation, the samplingnd the testing of the spatial structure limit supporting capacity was carried by theoftware of MATLAB, thus the statistical parameters of ultimate carrying capacity have been obtained. Then the system reliability results were got with theFirst-Order Reliability Method (FORM).
