| Since the invention of the ultrasonic technology, it has been developed quickly, changing with each passing day, and it has been rapidly applied to every area of national production, achieved a good social and economic benefits. But ultrasonic Study and Application started late as a highly comprehensive subject, its technical condition is far from satisfying China's economic undertakings in various fields demand. Broad market prospects prompted increased research.This paper presents the elements and the development of ultrasonic technology. Then, the performance, the key technique and the difficulties of ultrasonic equipment are analyzed. Ultrasonic generator is design and produced with three different control program, which can be used in ultrasonic cleaning machine and welding machine.The half-bridge inverter circuit is used IGBT as switch with the advantages of MOSFET and GTR. The matching circuit is designed by analyzing the impedance characteristic, comparing the advantages and disadvantage of working in the series-resonant frequency and parallel resonant frequency.The phase-locked loop, PFM control method and fuzzy auto-adaptive control method were used for the self-adjustment of ultrasonic frequency. The generator is designed with the functions of soft-starting, dead time control, the protection of current limit, overflowing, driving self-protection and overheat, which ensure the stability and reliability of the system.The experimental results show that the design of the program reliable, strong adaptability. Prototype has the frequency auto-adaptive function and the power auto-adaptive function, with the promotion of good sense. |
