With the rapid development of power semiconductor technology,the research of ultrasonic power has also been rapid progress.Currently,the power ultrasonic technology has been widely used in ultrasonic cleaning,ultrasonic welding,ultrasonic processing,ultrasonic chemistry and other industrial fields.Therefore,ultrasonic power requirements have become more diverse,the subject mainly to realize a high-performance digital ultrasonic power.In this paper,make the ultrasonic power which generating ultrasound as the research object,it introduced the development status and trends of ultrasonic power,proposed new program on frequency control of ultrasonic waves Designed with AC-DC-DC-AC main circuit topology,and make TMS320F2812 as ultrasonic power system's control chip.Paper provides research of the ultrasonic power supply load-piezoelectric transducer‘s equivalent network and equivalent circuit,and finally select a single series inductor to matching the static capacitance of transducer,impedance matching with high-frequency transformers,and finalized transducer matching network.Paper make selection of the main circuit's topology and the devices used in,determine its control circuit including a design make for its protection circuit switching devices.Then introduces the common frequency tracking scheme,based on the advantages and disadvantages of these frequency tracking programs,this design proposes a new hybrid of frequency control solutions,introduces the principle of the new complex control strategies and the establishment of the frequency control model.Paper provides the design of system's hardware circuit,includes the peripheral circuit of DSP,the sampling circuit,protection circuit,driving circuit,phase circuit and so on,then the software circuit has been designed,including the main program,an interrupt subroutine,also,the frequency control procedures.according to the previously determined program,set up simulation model in MATLAB,verify the frequency program which offered in paper,the results showed the correctness and feasibility of the composite frequency control programs,and it improve the power supply efficiency,it can improve tracking accuracy and stability,when the temperature change,wear,etc.in the practical work which lead to the change of the load and natural frequency.
