With the high-speed development of the hydroelectric industry of our country, the capacity and dimension of hydraulic turbine are in constant increase, the operation stability of large hydrogenerator unit is paid close attention to extremely. The monitoring and diagnosing of hydrogenerator unit have become the subject that have been interested in. The quality of the operation state of hydrogenerator unit is influencing life-span, benefit and security of the unit directly, especially the large capacity units.Hydrogenerator unit includes hydrogenerator and hydraulic turbine, as the monitoring and diagnosing of the modern hydrogenerator unit becomes more and more large and integrated, in allusion to practical project application of system research to state monitoring and fault diagnosing of hydrogenerator unit, this paper have carried on some supplement and complement of the whole system.This paper is mainly divided into two parts, first, study on the online monitoring of the air gap of large-scale hydrogenerator, have analyzed the composition and basic function of the air gap state monitoring system of the hydroelectric generating set, expatiated on the software implement and function of monitoring system, carry on research to evaluation method of rotor and stator round degree and their algorithm mainly, apply this system to carry on initial analysis using test artificial data.Secondly this paper aimed at the generally concerned runner stress problem carry on technical research to runner dynamic stress measurement of large-scale hydraulic turbine, expatiated on the experiment stress analytical method and hydraulic turbine stress measurement system, and carry on the real machine test to the runner blade stress of the LiJiaXia hydropower plant, analyze the dynamic and static stress in stability and transition operating mode, and research the reason of runner blade, the work that this paper did has offered the necessary means for analyzing and studying the runner crack problem of large units, and it is significant to analyzing that the safe and stability operation of large units.
