The Industrialization Of Energy-efficient-and-land-saving Housing Design

The connotation of "Energy-efficient-and-land-saving Housing" is to construct houses on the basis of resources-saving and to reduce the waste of energy ,land ,water and materials on the basis of guarantee residential fuction and comfort so that "four Energy Saving one environmental protection" concept would be acheived during the construction and use of housing.This Article analyzes the current status of the housing industry at home and abroad and summarizes the features of "Energy-efficient-and-land-saving Housing" in China on the basis of a comparative study of related principles, strategies and standard of home and abroad. At the same time, by the means of some case analysis, comparative studies and diagnoses on national policy, construction system, strategy and technology, this article focuses on the features and development of "Energy-efficient-and-land-saving Housing" from the point of view of "Energy-efficiency". Finally, this article try to put forward the design approach of "Energy-efficient-and-land-saving Housing" in China in consideration of an academic tendency.
