Safety Status Estimate And Engineering Measure Study Of Road In Preventing Flood

Through Anqing river embankment in preventing flood project and Guangjiwei river embankment in preventing flood project example, the existing safety problems of roadbed and the safety state of the project and the engineering measures taken to reinforce the embankments are thoroughly discussed in this paper. The grades of the road are determined based on safety viewpoint and relevant engineering measures are studied. The main points of this paper are followings:(1) The commonly existing problems in road project are analyzed. The basic instance and main character of the danger faced by the road in China during the flood season are summarized. The idea of studying the highroad project as a integrate system project is put forward. In this way, the main content of the safety evaluation of highroad in preventing flood project is determined based on preventing flood safety and the qualitative evaluation result of each road in preventing flood project is got.(2) The methods for collecting the data for safety evaluation and the main content of the safety evaluation are stated in this paper. The main geological problems in the prospecting area of An-Guang river road in preventing flood are also studied and the method to evaluate the geological character of the road by sections is given. The main safety problems of An-Guang river road in preventing flood are analyzed.(3) According to the conditions on which the safety evaluation of An-Guang river road in preventing flood, Correspond safety state of the project is evaluated and the result show that An-Guang river road in preventing flood has serious hidden safety danger. This result is got through a thoroughly analysis of safety of the roadbed, the stability of the river and the management actuality of the highroad the project. An -Guang highroad is unable to recovery the flood standard that it is design to. The safety grade of An-Guang embankment is above the third degree and necessary measures should be taken to reinforce it and remove the hidden danger.(4)The reinforcement measures to remove the existing safety danger of An-Guang road in preventing flood are studied and different plans for the road surface, the road ground are put forward. The key revetment protecting sections of the project are fixed on the basis of the main controlling line of the river, the keystone defend segment is decision. Embankments not only have function in preventing and controlling flood but also as roadbed of a road in preventing flood, combine design standard of highroad engineering with make full advantage of embankment in existent to constructing super grade highroad surface for improving traffic situation of people along the line. At the same time, a new unified management system is also put forward besides the no-engineering measures proposed in this paper.
