In Bridge Engineering, the two ends of beam bridge need to setup bearings. Bearing primary role is to transmit the entire load(including the live load and dead load) acrossing bridge structurereliably to the pier and the platform, and at the same time towithstand deformation of bridge structure such as variable-endlevel, angle, etc.Some of the current domestic and international constructionbeam bridges easily diseases as a longer operating time and fieldof environmental impact, the prevalent problem is long-lostmaintenance, rubber bearing is aging, rusty steel plate failure,in urgent need of replacement and maintenance bearings.However, the traditional method is used series liftingequipment to jack beam from the top or the top of the Pier or inthe pre-installed on a roof beam stent to replace bearings. Thismethod required much mechanical equipment, cumbersome processes,longer construction cycle and the higher construction costs. Dueto the development of modern transportation, not to interrupttraffic or to shorten interruption time is the trend of the times,therefore, the replacement of the bearings put a higher demand,especially in the highway and urban rapid Road, the road must beguaranteed unimpeded. So how to replace bearings is our researchtopics on the condition of no interruption traffic or shorteningthe disruption time.This paper presents a method to replace rubber bearing:appliedresearch of using overall synchronous lifting Beam to replace thebridge bearings. Computer control system analysis all sorts ofpossible adverse situations in the construction process to provideuseful ideas for the project in the future . Hope research in thispaper can play a guiding role for bridge jacking in the constructionoperations, and the technology has been continuously promote andpopularize, make some contribution to china road and bridge.
