It is in the ascendant that the steel structure is developed. Side fascia, result for steel structure developing, its material choosing, installing, determines the quality, function and grade of the building products.The panel of building of our country is various in styles. Because of service life and performance of keeping warm for side fascia, it determines its material and detailing requirement different from other panel. In addition, wallboard's connection ways, preventing crack method and durability of the subject are all urgent problems to be solved at present. Under this background, the subject devoted to standardizing and calculating methods of side fascia, make the discussion to its structure.The paper introduces a kind of new-type panel at first - Coal Gangue light concrete panel. It accords with the national wall policy, combines the actual conditions of Shanxi, utilizes industrial waste material to be raw materials, protects the environment, reduces pollution. The paper explains the board type in detail, connecting method, keeping warm ways and development that the standard board is. It puts forward the corresponding standardized design idea and concrete design ways, offers the theoretical foundation for structural design.Secondly, it explains the calculating methods of the coal gangue concrete side fascia and constructing. The concepts of bearing capacity limit state and using limit state are introduced, more scientific explaining design process.Coal Gangue light concrete precast slab and bearing frame can constitute frame-wall board structural system. Coal Gangue light concrete precast slab increases anti-lateral force rigidity. The paper uses PKPM-SATEWE and ANSYS on space analysis to this system. Through imitating instance, compare with two kinds of structure forms, offer reference to project designer in the future.
