Recording instrument is an important tool in the course of industrial production data for the detection and recording. The data recorder based on LPC2292 processor of ARM7 series takes UC/OS as embedded operating system. The recorder communiates with data acquisition devices which is composed of MCU through RS-485 bus. Data acquisition devices are a channel in the recorder. The recorder communiates with PC through CAN bus. Data in the recorder is sent to the PC through the CAN bus. Managers analyze data through PC management software. The recorder expanded USB inferface, which purpose is that data in the recorder store in other computers through a USB disk.The main works of this paper can be summarized as follows:1. Hardware design of the recorder. Choose chips used in the design of various parts of the system circuit. Design system circuit and paint PCB.2. System transplant and driver program design. Main transplants include UC/OS, UCGUI and UCFS and so on. The paper analyzes the various methods from theorios. Driver of external expansion circuit will be added to the embedded system kernel. According to the data recorder's requirements, operating system, file system, graphics system and driving program which have been already builded and debugged, and are loaded into ROM.3. Application Design. After circuit design, system transplantation, and driving transplantation, according to the system requirements, system's mission is divided and priority is setted. Then the application is completed. So that the system would be stable and normal operation.The paper elaborates the recorder's research and design from hardware to application software, from theory to realization. And the dissertation has some directive significance for using of more advanced microprocessor and more powerful operating system in the future. |
