The electricity execting winding generated magnetic field in three-phase alternator for vehicles at present, but a little electric energy which the current passes through excitation winding converts magnetic energy. Most of electric energy used up because of heat. The utilization of electric energy is Low. So it is necessary to develop a kind of five-phaes permanent magnet generating set with high performance.Based on the analysis and comparison of rotor structure, radial permanent magnet rotor structure with boots and a magnet fixed On the core using non-Magnetic screw is adopted. By analyzing effects of the material characteristics of permanent magnet to generators performance, NdFeB rare earth permanent magnet materials is determined. Based on design theory of permanent magnet generators, Structural parameters and performance parameters of generators ate designed and calculated. The magnetic path of generator is analysised using equivalent magnetic circuit law, permeability and magnetic flux are calculated, and on the basis of this a new method of calculating armature reaction reactor is deduced, the accuracy of the parameters design of permanent magnet generators is improve.Five-phase halfwave controlled-commutation voltage stabilization circuit which is composed of benchmark circuit, compared circuit, trigger circuit, rectifier is develop, five SCR instead of the rectifier bridge composed of the six diode in traditional alternator, DC output voltage regulator is achieved power consumption reduced and the efficiency of power generation improved. Through the test, regulators performance of the circuiin in good condition, the problems that permanent magnet generators for vehicle output voltage instability is unstable is soved with wide-speed, wide-load range.A five-phase halfwave controlled-commutation voltage stabilization permanent magnet generating set without excitation winding, carbon brush and slip ring set and low fault rate, and setting rectifierand the regulator in one is developed, performance indicators reaches design requirement and has an advantage of mechanical standard...
