| Inevitable trend of industry sewing machine development is machine united electricity,industry sewing machine control system of Brushless DC motor based on DSP is effectual approach and highly concerned in this field.In the dissertation,the composing configuration,operation principle,mathematical model and timing elements of BLDCM are discussed.The configuration and characteristic of Digital Signal Processing(DSP) is analyzed and compared as the control chip of the drive motor. Industry sewing machine control system of Brushless DC motor based on DSP is designed.The research is divided into five part1.The composing configuration,operation principle of BLDCM are discussed.The mathematical model of BLDCM is educed and built.2.The configuration and characteristic of Digital Signal Processing --TMS320LF2407A is analyzed.According to requirement of control for motor,the event manager modules,A/D circuit modules and the production of PWM wave,which in the chip is mainly discussed.3.In sensored control solutions which are based on DSP technology,rotor position detection,current detection,turning of positive and negative,braking control of BLDCM are mainly analyzed.4.Industry sewing machine control system of Brushless DC motor based on DSP is designed.The hardware and software design are accomplished.For the hardware part,after a dissertation on the whole design,the design of several chief circuits is expounded.For the software part,with the introduction of modulization design concept,some procedure flow charts of main program subroutine are offered and anti-jamming technology of software is discussed.5.The simulation results of control system which is based on Matlab are given,and the experimental results are analyzed.The results of the experiments show the control system of Brushless DC motor based on DSP meets requirement for industry sewing machine control system of Brushless DC motor.And its can be used in many fields.
