With the development of computer and automatic technology,auto measure and control have been used widely in the industrial transfer.Combining nuclear technology with electronic and computer technology,Nuclear weigh-scale is a new measure device used in bulk materiel on line.Not only can nuclear weigh-scale be widely used in online strap transportation,but it also can be used in the transportation machines where electronic weigh-scale can't be used.As the environment of field work is bad and there is strong interference,the preciseness,stability and reliability of the measurement of nuclear weigh-scale needs improving,thus a kind of microcomputer nuclear weigh-scale with good timeliness,strong anti-interference ability,and abundant functions is urgently demanded.This project adopted advanced nuclear electronics,detection technology,signal processing and signal transferred technology to develop a measurement device with high preciseness and stability as well as simple operation and maintenance.The device uses AT89C51,combining with the advanced I/v transfer,differential amplifier,double-ended input ADC as the signal sample and transfer unit.Use MCU combined with temperature transducer,calefaction string as the gas ionization's constant temperature set;Transmit the data directly to PC through RS-485 as the communication unit;and make programs under the VC++ environment to realize the work including control,computation,demonstration,etc.By using Monte-Carlo to make simulation for the optimum height,Design a set of convenient and suitable outlooks with beautiful appearance.After finishing the installment and the demarcation of nuclear weight-scale,we have carried out the performance test. Through previous work,the nuclear weigh-scale system has been successfully developed.The system has friendly man-machine contact surface,the high measuring accuracy and is suitable for field survey under bad environment,high temperature and dust,therefore it has a good prospect of application.
