| Whether or not that subgrade and pavement design parameters are selected correctly will directly influence quality of highway engineering. At the present time ,the design parameters for highway engineering of Henan province are mainly consulted from the specification. Whether or not that they are correct without test must be seriously studied and demonstrated.Through abroad investigation for subgrade and pavement construction design parameters of He'an province at present ,firstly, this paper puts forward Henan pavement in third-class climatic zoning. Secondly ,the relation between liquid limit and plastic limit of soil is set up. Thirdly ,the relationship between subgrade modulus of resilience and rebound deflection, consistency, degree of compaction are put forward. On the basis of this relationship, this thesis recommends Henan province's IV2-a zoning subgrade modulus of resilience reference table under heavy compaction standard. About reprehensive base course parameters research, suggest that different disposal means must be used according to vary test data. According to the suggestion, the rule of design parameters varying along with age is found, and Henan province's typical base course parameters reference table is put forward at last. According to Henan province's subgrade and pavement construction design parameters putted forward by this paper, we compare the new parameters with the old ones with a design instance in order to find the problems in the old design, and put forward the advice to amend the old design. All of the work put forward even more request for subgrade and pavement construction design. So it will serve better for highway engineering.On the basis of tests, the relationship between age and anti-compress modulus, anti-compress strength, splitting strength of lime-fiyash stabilization aggregate, lime-flyash stabilization grit, cement stabilization aggregate, cement stabilization grit has been studied. And three change equations were fitted. According to the designing parameters relationship, the anti-compress modulus E of lime-flyash stabilization aggregate should be 1563 MPa, and the spitting strength should be 1.97 MPa. The anti-compress modulus E of lime-flyash stabilization grit should be 1311 MPa, and the spitting strength should be 1.21 MPa. The correlation relationships of anti-compress modulus, anti-compress strength, splitting strength for lime-flyash stabilization aggregate, lime-flyash stabilization grit, cement stabilization aggregate, cement stabilization grit are analyzed respectively. The results of this study is gained on basis of abroad investigation and experiments for subgrade and pavement construction design parameters of Henan province at present by long time research and analysis. The characteristic of this thesis is that a mass of test data are studied and analyzed under theory guidance. The research result accords with the highway engineering fact. So , it will even play an active role in instructing highway design in Henan province, improving engineering quality and developing road design method of our country. |
