Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, composite cable-stayed bridge projects have been developed, because the composition of steel and concrete could increase mechanical properties of the bridge and save its cost. Hybrid cable-stayed bridge with steel girder could have a long span, as well as using concrete-and-beam thus plays a very good anchor role and also can reduce the cost of the bridge.Dongsha Bridge is a single tower hybrid cable-stayed bridge. I have worked in the scene of construction control of the bridge. Based on the Dongsha Bridge, this paper focus on the establishment of the Dongsha Bridge construction control system, analysis of ANSYS full-bridge model of the bridge state parameter sensitivity, in addition to the measured data and derivation formula. Specifically, do the following work:Firstly, basing on the concrete practice during the construction control of the Dongsha Bridge, this author tries to draw up a series of feasible construction system to make the construction control instructions in the construction site high-speed, high efficiency to achieve.Secondly, through the establishment of Dongsha Bridge ANSYS model, quite ideal displacement and stress of a bridge under the dead load force is obtained in the constant load. Further more, analyses are made on the weight of concrete girder and king tower, concrete elasticity modulus, elasticity modulus of steel box girder, elasticity modulus of the stay cables, which are the effective parameter of calculation accuracy. During the process of construction control and mimic calculation, significant parameters are adjusted and controlled to keep in line with the theories of bridge linearity and stress.Thirdly, the author deduces the calculation formula of the second kind of pre-stress loss, considering anti-friction effects when the bars shrink. Combining with the second kind of pre-stress loss data of cable-pylon anchorage zone in Dongsha Bridge, the accuracy of the deduced theory is further testified. On the basis of analyses on calculation and observation data, the author draws a conclusion which is of great value for the practical project.Finally, basing on discussions above, the paper analyses the basic situation and the control effect of the present construction control of Dongsha Bridge.
