With the development of Highway in our country, the number of mountain tunnel will be more and more. But all kinds of bad phenomena in the tunnel are shown, such as tunnel lining breach and leakage of water, which bring a lot of hidden trouble to tunnel's construction and tunnel's business. To take Precautions against these troubles, the corresponding repair schemes for tunnel breach should be advanced at once.Based on the research background of Yu Yuan tunnel lining's disease inspection and rehabilitation in Hunan Zhang Jiajie Yu Yuan Road, we collected a great amount of information on tunnel failure, and illustrated tunnel surrounding rock lining mechanic behavior, support structure types and lining failure disease classification. We started our research on the inspection result of Yu Yuan tunnel lining crack, analyzed the inspection theories of tunnel lining disease carefully after setting the expected goal of solving the tunnel crack problem. These inspection theories include lining thickness inspection, secondary concrete strength inspection, and secondary lining crack survey. Meanwhile, we also had a deeply discussion and investigation on the inspection result appraisement criterion, and approached our test basis on lining variation.Based on this, The article wanted to farther study the reasons and trend of tunnel lining breach in YuYuan tunnel so we calculated the lining structure load of III.V.IV typical cross-section in surrounding rock and the deformation of tunnel lining during excavating time and using time respectively, which applied two means concluded surrounding rock pressure calculated theory and finite element simulation. The typical cross-section Surrounding rock pressure calculation which under different buried depth of Yu Yuan tunnel adopted Standard formula, Terzaghi formula, arch theory ofМ.М.Протодьяконов, Then we compared and analysis three different formula results, so that get surrounding rock pressure theoretical value.With application of Finite Element software, we have calculated the stress,strain and displacement of surround rock and tunnel lining respectively during excavated and using period of YuYuan tunnel, Finally revealed the reason of tunnel-lining crack producted and the deformation law of it. At last of the article, we put forward suggestion of the correspondingly disposal scheme of the lining crack of section of YuYuan tunnel according to the research of tunnel's disease disposal measures.At last, when we had a research on tunnel disease solving, we suggested a corresponding solving program on Yu Yuan tunnel's lining crack on varied section. We hope the prominent attempt, which depended on inspection method, result appraisement and evolution mechanism on Yu Yuan tunnel lining crack, will provide certain help and suggestion to the feasibility and reliability of these solving programs that are approached when the same problem would happen during the tunnel construction.
