Bridge_Detection vehicle is equipped with a bridge table and detection equipment for mobile detection and (or) the maintenance operations of the Special Purpose Vehicle. Bridge inspection vehicle at home and abroad to use the manned boom, the more complex structure; staff in a vacant state of operation, poses a danger. manual detection, low efficiency,at the same time, the complex institutions such as cable-stayed bridge is not applicable. Therefore, the new defect detection equipment technology research and development work of the bridge bottom is of great significance.The object of this research on a new Intelligent Bridge_ Detection Vehicle, and boom structure was designed, the hydraulic system designed to meet the requirements of Boom actions. Study as follows: (1) According to the basic parameters and related information of Intelligent Bridge_ Detection vehicle, Pro / E model entities of boom had set up. Boom structure and components of the structure was discussed. Boom action on the analysis, the boom started to establish order in schematic form and structure. (2) The trip and the velocity analysis of Intelligent Bridge_ Detection vehicle,and Major components of the parameters is of detailed calculations of the hydraulic system, designed to hydraulic system of Bridge_ Detection Vehicle. (3) Pro / E model of three key Boom of Intelligent Bridge_ Detection Vehicle import into ANSYS environment.the deformation and stress simulation analysis of key boom is in the use of ANSYS. The results show that the boom deformation and stress both in the scope of the permit, the certification of the boom design is reasonable.(4) Proportional control simulation of the hydraulic system of Intelligent Bridge_ Detection Vehicle boom had been done by use of advanced simulation software AMEsim, showing that hydraulic system of Intelligent Bridge_ Detection Vehicle control has a good location, stable and high precision, and the characteristics meet Bridge_ Detection Vehicle hydraulic system control performance needs.
