Rail traffic is an important way to resolve heavy traffic problem. Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) system becomes the most popular and important train control system for shortening train separation and improving operation efficiency.Zone Controller (ZC) is one of important subsystems in CBTC which must be tested before application. Because traditional testing method can't meet the need of general and efficient testing, the computer simulation technique was adopted to solve this problem.This thesis's prime work is as follows:1.Created a simulation test environment on which the ZC system can be tested.2.Deeply presented the CBTC and ZC system.3.Introduced the hybrid testing method and contrasted it with the black-box testing method.4.Tested the ZC system with the Hybird method.Compared with traditional testing method, the hybrid testing method optimized the test cases with the input variable's division and priority setting. This thesis also set some variables in the program to show the system's status.The actual appliance and the induction principle validated that hybrid testing methods not only guaranteed the quality of the system, but also improved the efficiency of the system testing.
