High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is one of the promising results in non-invasive thermal ablation techniques of tumor in recent years. The motion control system is the pivotal part of HIFU system.This paper aim at the disadvantage of current centralized motion control of HIFU system, which of the anchor point is not very accuracy, the anti- jamming ability is not strong, expansibility is not good. Designed the dynamics transmission system of HIFU treatment machine and setup the distributed servo system. The reason for the choice of the key hardware and related application details have been given. Motion control algorithm has been setup on the theoratical basis of above results.Analyze the current development status of the dynamics transmission system in HIFU treatment machine. And redesign it, improve the accuracy and reliability of the dynamics transmission system. Design the motion controller. First, microcontroller is selected. Then, this paper designed some function block, such as power block, HIFU bus block, I/O drive block and position limited block. The communication protocol of principal and subordinate computer system has been analyzed in detail. The software control flowchart has been generalized. The software models design and implementation have been introduced from the viewpoint of mult-tasks real-time management. Made the function test and performance analysis.This motion control system is proved to be cost-effective, anti-jamming and easy to expand by test. The system has already gotten initial use in HIFU system and satisfied the demands of designed claim.
