The internal-feedback cascade speed control system for induction motor has a low cost and good, slip control effect. Since it absorbs the reactive power from power line, the whole system has a lower power factor, which affects its application in wide rangers. So a new cascaded speed-adjusting system scheme based on PWM technique is proposed in this paper.In this paper, the principle of the new system is given. The improvement of power factor with this new method is studied in greater detail. PWM direct current control strategy and fuzzy PI controller are introduced in the paper. The parameter of each segment is calculated, and the mathematical model of this motor is set up. At last, simulation result and conclusion are given, it is proved that the system has finished design thought of subject totally.
